Is there a religious violation for a person who supplicates in his prostration using some aayahs?
Prohibition has been reported for reciting the Qur’aan in bowing and prostration. However, if the aayahs are recited in a manner that they are not Qur’aan, such as a person prostrating saying,
{رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِىٓ أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَك}
“My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor…” (AN-Naml 19),
{رَبِّ ٱجْعَلْنِى مُقِيمَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ}
“My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer…” (Ibraaheem 40), or
other Qur’aanic aayahs, and they are said as a supplication and not Qur’aan, then there is no issue.
