I am 23 years old. While I was younger and between the ages of 16 and 18, I committed many sins. I feel remorse for what happened, so what should I do now?

You must repent and seek Forgiveness. You mentioned that you were remorseful, and remorse is repentance, in which case there is nothing you have to do. Rather, just increase in voluntary prayers, Remembrance of Allaah and reciting the Qur'aan. Repentance removes all the sins that came before it with regards to the Rights of Allaah. As for the rights of the creation, then you must make up for any wrongdoing you did to others.
